Events are a fun way to support the Eden Prairie Community Foundation, learn about its work, and meet your neighbors.
A great example is the annual Prairie Brewfest that is held each September at Purgatory Creek Park in Eden Prairie. The craft beer and wine festival is a great outdoor event that draws hundreds of residents and neighbors every year. The event couldn’t happen without the generosity of our wonderful volunteers, vendors, and sponsors who make this a “mark your calendar” event every year.

Our Annual Events
The GIVE Gathering — Started in 2017, The GIVE Gathering focuses on getting residents acquainted with local volunteer opportunities. The Foundation partners with Eden Prairie Schools Community Education and the City of Eden Prairie to organize this event as a way to promote volunteerism and support the nonprofit community. This event is held typically at the end of September each year.
EP Gives — Our annual gala celebrates a year’s worth of philanthropy and recognizes the Foundation’s newest grant winners. Food, drink, socializing, live and silent auctions — it’s all part of this popular community gathering that is the successor to the original Foundation Ball. The event is held each spring. Prairie Brewfest — Does it get any better than sampling great craft beer and enjoying good food and live music in a beautiful outdoor environment? This is Prairie Brewfest, an outdoor party where you’ll make new friends and support the Foundation’s work to make Eden Prairie better. It’s always held in September, the first Saturday following Labor Day.
Community Leaders Luncheon — The Foundation and Flagship Bank recognize the day-in, day-out work of community leaders and volunteers, elected officials, and others at this annual lunch held in December. The more that community leaders gather, the greater the chances they’ll collaborate in ways that benefit Eden Prairie.
