You can help fill unmet needs in Eden Prairie during 2017 by responding to the Community Foundation’s year-end appeal. Our board and committee members are matching the first $3,800 donated by community members, meaning you can help turn $3,800 into $7,600.

Why support the Foundation? Because we’re continually anticipating and identifying Eden Prairie’s biggest needs, then rallying resources to meet those needs.
When a local social-service organization ran out of money for after-school activity scholarships for needy families with kids, we created the Youth Initiative to provide stable funding for those scholarships. Now, families are assured that, in their time of greatest need, there’ll be financial help for their children’s swimming lessons, driver education classes, summer camps, and more.
Here’s what one of our supporting families had to say about the Foundation’s work:
“We choose to support local organizations with our charitable giving because we are more likely to affect a positive outcome in our community. We choose to give through the EPCF because we trust our donations reach the most deserving local organizations through their grant review process.”
-Scott & Mary Otis
Making grants … serving as fiscal sponsor to important community projects … holding funds for philanthropic individuals in the community – these are a few of the ways we make Eden Prairie better, with your help.
But we need your support to continue this work in 2017.
That’s why we’re asking you to make a year-end donation now – while a challenge match is available from our volunteer board and committee members.
You can donate on this website, give through our Give to the Max page on GiveMN.org, or send a check to: Eden Prairie Community Foundation, 8080 Mitchell Road, Eden Prairie, MN 55344.
Or, use our GiveMN.org page to support one of the many funds we hold here at the Foundation.
