Pro photographer Steve Silverman took this shot at 2019 Prairie Brewfest.
If you like craft beer and a good band on a nice fall day, then you can’t do better than Prairie Brewfest, an annual craft-beer sampling fundraiser that the Foundation has held since 2014 with the help of former board member David Lindahl, who came up with the idea.
However, we’re saddened to say that, because of the COVID-19 pandemic and concerned about the safety of our attendees and brewers, the traditional Prairie Brewfest that had been scheduled for Sept. 12, 2020 has been canceled.
We hope that you will patronize the sponsors, brewers, and vintners that have supported this event year in and year out. They are listed below, and they could use your help at this difficult time.
Because proceeds from this fundraising event contribute mightily to the Foundation’s programs and operation — including grants to support Eden Prairie residents facing hardship — we would appreciate it if you would consider donating whatever amount you might have spent on a ticket or tickets. A gift like this will help us fill unmet community needs and bring Brewfest back in 2021. Any amount is helpful and you can make a tax-deductible donation on this website, using a credit card.
Thank you for your support! If you have fond memories of the 2019 Prairie Brewfest, Foundation volunteer and professional photographer Steve Silverman has created a gallery of photos he took and you can see them here. Or, see our YouTube video compilation of Steve’s photos from 2019.
