The Eden Prairie Community Foundation has a mission of enriching our community through philanthropy, collaboration, and leadership. Our vision is to enhance the quality of life for all who live, work, and play in our community.
We do this by:
Providing grants to nonprofits and agencies that serve Eden Prairie, from the food shelf to the fire department.
Serving as a fiscal sponsor to small groups and organizations that need help with their community projects, such as building the Veterans Memorial or Eden Prairie Miracle Field.
Holding philanthropic funds for Eden Prairie individuals and families who do local grant-making on their own.
Serving as a leader and catalyst for community good.
Holding events where neighbors can connect and form friendships.
Our community is stronger when we all work together to support each other. Our goal is to make it easier for Eden Prairie Community members to come together to create positive change.
