Let’s Go Fishing-Eden Prairie
The Eden Prairie Chapter is one of 19 affiliates of Let’s Go Fishing in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Let’s Go Fishing with seniors began in Willmar, Minnesota in 2002. Founder Joe Holm and his wife Carolyn envisioned an organization that would change lives by letting seniors and others experience the joy, and freedom of being out on the water to fish or just enjoy the beauty of Minnesota’s lakes. All at NO COST.

TRAIL provides subsdized transportation for adults with developmental disabilities living in Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina and Richfield. True Friends
True Friends is a nonprofit agency providing life-changing experiences that enhance independence and self-esteem for children and adults with disabilities. Writers Rising Up is a 501(c) (3) public charity. Contributions are tax deductible. We encourage a deeper understanding and participation in environmental stewardship. Through the literary arts at community events, contests, workshops, literary performances, interpretive installations and publications, our focus is on nature education and writing. Through our submission opportunities we only promote writers who submit to our writing opportunities and only writers who associate their work to cultural, spiritual and social connections to place, the land, natural habitat, including flora, fauna and wetlands.
