Bridging, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization primarily serving the Twin Cities, provides donated furniture and household goods to families and individuals transitioning out of homelessness and poverty. Bridging gives hope – and for many – a leap toward stability for the first time. With locations in Roseville and Bloomington, Bridging is driven by volunteers and donations of basic home essential items from the community.

Brighter Days Family Grief Center is an unparalleled family-focused grief center serving Minnesota families since 2017. As the only nonprofit Family Grief Center in Minnesota, we provide free grief support resources, programs and services for youth, young adults and adults who are grieving the death or terminal diagnosis of a beloved family member.
Camp Gratitude was developed by a partnership of veterans and grateful citizens who want to say “Thanks” to military and veteran families. Our mission is to help every family that attends Camp Gratitude relax and have fun while building strength, resilience and connection following deployment.

EP Schools’ Family Resource Program
The goal of Community Education’s Family Resources Program is to connect Eden Prairie students and families to resources in the community. The Community Resources Specialist can answer questions about what services are provided locally and by whom, facilitate connection to other organizations, and help navigate systems and advocate for families in need.
ESTHER Homes exists to come alongside pregnant women experiencing homelessness or crisis by providing maternity housing and access to resources for family stability within a community of support.
Mission Animal Hospital
Mission Animal Hospital is the first-ever, and still only, independent, full service, 501(c)(3) nonprofit veterinary hospital in the Midwest. With donor support, Mission helps low-income families provide necessary veterinary care to their furry family members and ensure that the family can stay together.
