EP Schools’ Family Resource Program
The goal of Community Education’s Family Resources Program is to connect Eden Prairie students and families to resources in the community. The Community Resources Specialist can answer questions about what services are provided locally and by whom, facilitate connection to other organizations, and help navigate systems and advocate for families in need.

Transportation Resource to Aid Independent Living (TRAIL)
TRAIL provides subsdized transportation for adults with developmental disabilities living in Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina and Richfield. We solely transport our riders to recreation, leisure and educational programs offered by Adaptive Recreation & Learning Exchange (AR&LE) which serves the four cities. 612-401-6395 or 612-201-6470
