The Eden Prairie Optimist Club is part of Optimist Clubs International and has been an active part of the Eden Prairie community since 1978. We meet at 6:30 p.m. the second Monday of each month at a local restaurant. Optimist Clubs work to support community service programs dedicated to bringing out the best in kids.

EP Schools’ Family Resource Program
The goal of Community Education’s Family Resources Program is to connect Eden Prairie students and families to resources in the community. The Community Resources Specialist can answer questions about what services are provided locally and by whom, facilitate connection to other organizations, and help navigate systems and advocate for families in need.

Foundation for Eden Prairie Schools
The Foundation for Eden Prairie Schools (FEPS) is a 501c(3) which supports and enhances the Eden Prairie School District legacy of excellence. FEPS’ initiatives provide scholarships, grants, recognition, and resources to Eden Prairie students, teachers, and staff. To date, FEPS has awarded over $1.2M to further education excellence in the Eden Prairie community.

MoveFwd
Founded in 1990, MoveFwd is a Minnesota non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that serves young people age 12-24 in the west metro Hennepin County suburbs. We offer both youth homelessness and youth mental health services. Our programs include: Outreach and Drop-in Services (includes school, community and street outreach; case management; and MoveFwd’s Drop-in Center in Hopkins. Transitional Living Program provides youth experiencing homelessness with two years of partial rent assistance and case management. Youth Mental Health Services are delivered by licensed therapists in local schools, our drop-in center, and via telehealth using a no-cost, barrier-free model.

MyHealth
MyHealth provides low-cost medical care, reproductive health care, counseling, and educational services for young people ages 12-26. These services include pregnancy testing, birth control, Emergency Contraception (ECP), STI testing and treatment, general and sports physicals, vaccines, minor illness checks and treatment, asthma care, dental care, pregnancy and parenting home visiting program, and health education, and parent education. We never turn anyone away, even if they cannot pay.
